Christmas 2009

I remember thinking by 2010 there would be flying cars and we would all be sporting some ultra shiny space suits with really cool glasses. I really can't believe its 2010. Life is good at the Cabrera household. Kamryn had a fun 1st Christmas! We got to have both sets of Grandparents for Christmas this year - that was lots of fun! Kennedy got a new puppy (b/c our two just wasn't enough) his name is Alex and he is a yorkiepoo. Nothing about him sounds masculine I realize - but he is quite the "tough guy". He can definetly hold his own against that dog in the mirror. Very funny to watch this. I will have to add a video clip of this - just to share the joy. Also, Bubba and Carlos have become very "Forest Gump" with their ping pong table. So all in all, we had a great Christmas!!

Shakespearean Fest 2009

We had another fun Cedar City trip. We had a blast being together as a WHOLE family and celebrating mom's 60th bday and having Fred Adams join us for a surprise visit!! I was bummed that I didn't get to spend more time there, as I wasn't able to come until the end of the week. I missed some plays, which will NOT happen next year!!!! I have already put in my vacation time at work for 2010. But, it was fun to introduce Kamryn to most of my family.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great time visiting Grandma & Grandpa Eccles over the weekend. The weather was crazy!! Cold and then hot the next day. The kids went to see "Wicked" in SF with G & G Eccles and Mandy & Jason, we went to the movies, the park for the Annual Art & Wind Festival & to our old fave pizza place, Skippolinis.

Look Who's Smiling!!!!

Kamryn just started Smiling and Cooing within the last 2 weeks. It is so fun to see her changes and our other kids adjusting to this new little person in our family. We are all adjusting well. Caden is having the hardest time, he is realizing he is no longer the baby.

Kamryn's Blessing

Kamryn Cabrera was blessed on Sunday, May 3rd, 2oo9. She looked so beautiful in her white dress. We love her very much and feel so blessed to have her in our family.

Kennedy's Baptism Day!

Kennedy was baptized on Saturday, May 2, 2009. We had lots of family there and it was very exciting. We are so proud of Kennedy & for her choice to be baptized. She is always wanting to learn more about Jesus and Heavenly Father. She told me that she already has a testimony. She loves learning the scripture stories and going to primary. She is very special to us and to her Heavenly Father.

Our newest addition

We are so excited to introduce our new little angel, Kamryn Cabrera. She was born on April 8th, 2009 and weighed 8 lbs 1 oz and was 20 inches long. She had a rough start of life with having to be admitted to the Children's Hospital due to incompatability with her mommy's blood. We finally got to bring her home for the first time on Sunday, April 19th. We are all enjoying her so much.
